目前正在投入使用的計算網絡協議主要有：

銅纜系統：百兆以太網、千兆以太網以及即將使用的萬兆以太網;

光纜系統：百兆以太網、千兆以太網、萬兆以太網以及即將出台的四萬兆以太網和十萬兆以太網。

由於各種網絡協議對綜合布線的傳輸帶寬要求相差懸殊，所以使用單一帶寬的產品時，網絡產品將被局限在很小的選擇範圍。

銅纜系統：在HAD區適當考慮6A類或7類雙絞線，保證千兆以太網傳輸的前提下，給萬兆以太網留有餘地;對EDA區，目前仍然可以6類為主，必要時可隨網絡設備更換為6A類或7類。

光纜系統：由於施工難度原因，MDA區、HDA區以及EDA區都需採用OM3光纜和OS1光纜。這樣做可以在傳輸流量要求不高時，可以安裝便宜的網絡設備，一旦某區域傳輸流量身高，也可以隨時安裝高檔的網絡設備，便宜的網絡設備仍然可以移到其它區域繼續使用。

How to choose the right network equipment for integrated wiring

The computing network protocols currently in use are:

Copper cable systems: 100M Ethernet, Gigabit Ethernet, and 10 Gigabit Ethernet to be used;

Cable systems: 100M Ethernet, Gigabit Ethernet, 10 Gigabit Ethernet, and upcoming 40 Gigabit Ethernet and 100 Gigabit Ethernet.

Since various network protocols have very different transmission bandwidth requirements for integrated wiring, network products will be limited to a small range of choices when using a single bandwidth product.

Copper cable system: In the HAD area, due to the consideration of Category 6A or Category 7 twisted pair cable, it will leave room for 10 Gigabit Ethernet under the premise of ensuring Gigabit Ethernet transmission; for EDA area, it is still possible to use 6 categories. It can be changed to Category 6A or Category 7 with the network device.

Cable system: Due to construction difficulty, OM3 cable and OS1 cable are required in MDA area, HDA area and EDA area. In this way, when the transmission traffic demand is not high, a cheap network device can be installed. once the traffic volume of a certain area is high, a high-end network device can be installed at any time, and the cheap network device can still be moved to other areas to continue to use.
